iOS Mobile App

1. License Grant

Elenta Technology LLC ("Licensor") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Inspire Chronicles mobile application ("App") on your personal iOS device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that this license agreement is between you and Elenta Technology LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. Elenta Technology LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.

3. Scope of License

This license is limited to the App as received by you. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

4. Data Collection and Privacy

The App collects certain data to provide its services. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about what data we collect and how we use it. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data collected includes:

• Account information (name, email)
• Study progress and activity data
• Journal entries (stored securely)
• Device information for notifications
• Usage analytics (with your consent)

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any personal content you create within the App, including journal entries and notes. You grant Elenta Technology LLC a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

6. Maintenance and Support

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ELENTA TECHNOLOGY LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Apple has no warranty obligation for the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ELENTA TECHNOLOGY LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. Apple shall have no liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the App.

9. Product Claims

You acknowledge that Elenta Technology LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Elenta Technology LLC, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

11. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

12. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new EULA on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
